Returns and Exchanges
- Returns: You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Club 502 will cover the return shipping cost.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to approval based on inventory availability. To initiate an exchange, please use the link in the support section of our website. If the requested item is out of stock, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order for a different product.
- Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product page for details.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- To start a return or exchange, visit the Returns & Exchanges link in the support section of our website and enter your order information.
- For exchanges, approval will depend on inventory availability. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping: Club 502 covers the return shipping cost. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
